Style Crush: Mulberry’s Taylor

The Mulberry Taylor

Hot on the heels of the ‘Alexa’ and the ‘Tillie’ comes the ‘Taylor’, the latest from Mulberry’s amazing collection of satchel bags.

I’ve long been a fan of Mulberry (I own four and I plan to expand this year) and this may well be the bag which sways me. Tillie had the edge until recently, as the Alexa was literally everywhere.

It had spawned so many copies it sort of lost its appeal, but now the Taylor has arrived, I think this may well end up eclipsing the Alexa in the long run.

Oversized in black leather is my current fave, although their Cabbaged coloured beauty is a winner as well. (See above)

If anyone feels like getting me an early birthday present, please do inbox me and let me know. Ta!

Christmas Style Countdown: 22 days to go!

50 Fashion Designers You Should Know

Today I'm hoping to broaden my horizons with a book, albeit a fashion related book.

'50 Fashion Designers you should know' features all the greats- Chanel, Lanvin, Armani and Gautier, but it also showcases some maybe lesser known designers like Vionnet for example.

See, I'm learning fast! After asking Santa for a Mulberry and some Atwood heels already this Christmas, this beauty comes in for a steal at £12.59 from Waterstones.

Sorted!

Christmas Style Countdown: 24 Days to go

Mulberry's Alexa: The Ultimate Christmas Gift!

My tree is up, tinsel has been lovingly placed in odd corners of my house and eating mince pies at elevenses is now thoroughly acceptable, which means Christmas is well and truly on its way- Yay!

Each day I'll be bringing you a bit of fashion lust in the form of my wish list for this Christmas.

Today it has to be something from my favourite handbag designer, the ever delectable Mulberry.

I'm torn between the sensible black Alexa and the purple leopard print Alexa; both are beautiful and both are strictly out of my reach this Christmas... sigh.

Still here's a pretty picture for me (and you) to drool over and if Santa does indeed get the hint, I'm leaning more towards the black ;)
